i've decided to do things bit by bit.

i couldn't even listen to 2/3 of my soci lecture today.
or the proj we're going to do.
it's just so mundane & troublesome now (the thought of having to find 3 pple willing to be interviewed is just so arghed.)

everything seems like a drag.
maybe i should transform my life 360 deg: sleep like 10pm, wake up like 7am everyday...be nice gentle and caring...follows a schedule of workload...go online only when needed, read readings for my pasttime...
